Borlon,

"Born in Manila, Jayson Borlon has always had a passion for drawing—whether it’s portraits, landscapes, or dreamscapes conjured in his young mind. Throughout his student days, he nurtured this fervent passion, which prompted him to pursue a course in TVL-Drafting in high school.

After his senior year, he decided to put off further schooling to work in the art field. Expanding his artistic milieu, he learned how to create styro cutouts, rubber modeling, papier mache figures, casting using fiber, miniature-making, and mural painting. He also learned t-shirt printing and carpentry—skills which he now finds useful in his main pursuit: painting.

Inspired by co-artists, Jayson pursued further art studies. Looking back on his past experiences, he is grateful for the people who made a huge impact on his life and influenced him to continue his art journey and career.

Jayson’s signature art style leans toward quaint anime figures depicted in realistic bold colors, creating larger-than-life images. He joined ARTipolo Group in 2018 and currently works as a freelance children’s book illustrator and visual artist."
