Gomez,

Painter and crafter Marge dela Cruz-Gomez is a self-taught artist whose works depict life's happy moments in her distinctive animated style. She is a prolific artist, and people and animals often populate her canvases and crafted works.

Marge is a Mass Communications-Journalism graduate from the University of the Philippines Baguio. She also teaches art and art history at Balay Sofia Waldorf School in Baguio City. However, the distance of her home city does not stop her from participating in group exhibits in Manila as an active member of ARTipolo Group.

Marge is currently the Sectoral Representative for Other Artistic Expressions and Emerging Creative Industries of the Creative Baguio City Council—a group formed after Baguio City was declared UNESCO CREATIVE CITY for Crafts and Folk Arts. She and her husband Ernie "ErGo" Gomez run Gallery ErGo in Pinsao Proper, Baguio City.
