Mesina,
Liana Mariz Mesina fell in love with painting when she picked up her first paintbrush at five years old. Since then, she has honed her craft in annual art workshops and through formal schooling, graduating with a fine arts degree. In her teens, she was mentored by master painter Fernando Sena, who recognized her as one of his most outstanding students.
Since Liana's first participation in a group show at age five, she has joined other exhibits, most notably at Artablado in Robinsons Place Antipolo, Chef Jessie's at Rockwell Club, Pinto Art Museum in Antipolo, Glorietta Center in Makati, Artablado in Robinsons Galleria, and at the Blanco Museum in collaboration with the BAGHID Group from Calbayog, Samar.
Liana's signature modern pop-art style has found favor with a new and emerging group of art enthusiasts who like her colorful renditions of animals, vehicles, and other modern subjects using acrylic on canvas.
