A self-taught artist who loves to explore art in various forms, Crishaira Peliño-Bode enriches her work with a wealth of experiences that have helped her grow as an artist.

Born and currently residing in Pasig City, Metro Manila, Crishaira graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management. But even at a young age, art called to her. She joined different art contests in high school and always brought home medals and prizes. All of this boosted her confidence and motivated her to persist in her creative endeavors.

With her carefree and indomitable spirit, she has consistently pursued her artistic passions, not only as a painter but also as a model, photographer, and art tutor. These occupations help to hone her skills and perspectives on ways to approach her subjects—which have ranged from the female figure to life-like paintings of animals in rich colorful tones.

She is grateful to God for her talent and the opportunities that have paved the way for her artworks to be featured in several exhibitions across the Philippines and in China.
